Fresh Italian Summer Truffle

✅Once received, the truffle can be stored for approximately 7 days, wrapped in a sheet of absorbent paper which must be replaced daily, and placed inside the refrigerator.

✅The truffle must be washed only at the time of use, avoiding doing so previously.

✅It is recommended to remove any soil residues with a soft toothbrush and clean it delicately using a damp cloth, then dry it carefully.

✅The selected size is made up of truffles of an average size greater than or equal to approximately 15 grams.

✅We ship fresh truffles based on the day's harvest from Monday to Wednesday, to avoid stops in courier warehouses during the weekend. Delivery within 48/72 hours of collection
